3x Personalised 1:1 pregnancy and birth preparation sessions (each around 2 hours), tailored gently to your needs. Within these sessions, we will cover the following:

• Support in creating your birth and postpartum plans, with space to reflect on what feels right for you.

• Introduction to gentle biomechanical techniques to help support your body during labour.

• Guidance on finding comfortable, instinctive birth positions.

• Thoughtful partner preparation, helping them feel confident in supporting you with care and reassurance.

• Open supportive conversations around your wishes, feelings and preferences.

• Exploring your options together so you can approach birth feeling informed, calm, and empowered.

During pregnancy and in Labour you will receive:

• Unconditional 24/7 support from 38 weeks to birth.

• Continuous care & support throughout pregnancy & labour for home, hospital led births and caesarean births.

• Unlimited access to my birth bag tool kit, including rebozo, aromatherapy oils, birth balls and SNACKS (I will always have homemade snacks and drinks that provide high, slow release energy)

• Full use of my TENS machine.

• Atmosphere is everything, so I will also bring fairy lights, bespoke aromatherapy scents and mindful relaxation music if you so wish. These options can be discussed together prior to your labour

• I will also accompany you to any antenatal appointments, if you require further support, just a hand to hold or someone to advocate for you. (This can be arranged at a separate hourly fee of £30ph).

• The magic Golden hour support - From the moment your baby is born I will stay with you for a few hours to ensure your sacred golden hour with baby is protected, helping you with feeding and making sure you’re comfortable and settled in your new magical bubble before I leave.

• Continuous support, via telephone, message or email from pregnancy through to 4 weeks after baby arrives. Providing resource material and sign posting to any external support that may be required.

Once baby has arrived, I will also provide:

• 9 hours of postnatal care (usually split into 3 hours per day) in the comfort of your own home, where I get to provide you with more doula love as we debrief your birth (if you wish), support you with feeding and other postpartum requirements. Discuss and work through any concerns you may have. To be used within the first 4 weeks of postpartum.

• A door step delivery of home made nutritious postpartum meals and snacks prepared by me to start you on your postnatal journey. This can be delivered prior to birth and placed in the freezer, or dropped to you within the first few days of baby arriving.

• As your doula I will be a continuous sound board, we will always explore options and I will signpost you and research all the information you need to get your perfect birth experience.
