My Promise to you
The forth trimester (12 weeks following the birth of your baby) is a very special time, its an incredibly important period which should allow your beautiful new family to have unconditional support as you navigate the world with your new bundle of joy. Irrespective of whether this is your first or forth baby, you will still require time to adjust rest and gently ease into your new way of life.
My aim is to make sure the whole family is supported throughout this journey, you may only require me for a few days, weeks or choose a more long term plan, whichever way, I will ensure you are left feeling empowered, supported and confident. I will become part of your team for as long as you need me. My main focus will always be on the healing process of the mother, making sure she is resting as much as possible, fed with nutritious meals and listened to. I will always be a sound board for any concerns and hold space for you as your companion.
Whether you wish to breastfeed exclusively and express, combination feed or bottle feed only, I will support you with all of it. I’m a fully trained feeding peer supporter, and feel incredibly passionate about helping mothers/families in their feeding journeys.
Nurturing can come in many forms, you may wish to rest whist I look after your baby, require me to cook you something delicious whilst you soak up those beautiful newborn cuddles. Perhaps you want to go out for the first time with your new born and need my companionship, or maybe you need me to drive you to a postpartum appointment. I’m here for it all until you’re ready to fly.
What I can offer you
My fees are £30 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours.

Home Sweet Home
Support and nurture shouldn’t just stop once baby has arrived! I’m a great believer that the care a mother and her partner/family should receive is fundamental in the postpartum period. Babies are incredibly intuitive, the more relaxed and cared for the mother is, the happier baby will be. After our initial zoom/ telephone call to see if we are the right fit, we would arrange a home visit which would include sitting down together to plan what you hope your postpartum will look like and what you need from me, this can be done at any stage, but ideally during your pregnancy before baby arrives). It will also give me a chance to familiarise myself with your home and any other family members. The care I provide is tailored to you, below are a few ideas of what it may look like:
